Meet & Greet Kickoff Party Sept 2nd from 6-7 pm: Body scans, measurements, & ​pictures (this will happen 1st, 5th, and 10th week)

Workouts That Work for You: Unlimited Small Group Training Sessions + Open Gym ​Membership + 2 Fitness Test Assessments (1st & 10th week) *must attend a minimum of 3 ​classes per week*


Scheduling in your workouts is a must. One hour dedicated to help you focus on building ​strength, enhancing flexibility, and boosting your energy.


Sessions: M/W/F 6 AM & 8:30 AM (45-60min)

T/Th: 5:30 AM & 5:00 PM (30 min)
